Tracking: What to Expect

Whether tracking is available depends on the shipping method you select. First-Class Orders and Standard Shipping do not include tracking. For any other shipping option, you will typically receive tracking information once your package is on its way.

When Your Order Leaves Our Warehouse

Our team packs and processes orders every business day. Shipments are not dispatched on holidays. If a holiday occurs while your order is being prepared, it will be sent out on the next available business day.

International Orders & Customs

The shipping charge you pay at checkout covers the transport of your package to your address. Depending on your country's regulations, local customs authorities may impose additional duties or taxes on imported items.
